The Big One 2019: Newcastle Falcons vs Sale Sharks

About

With one HUGE Big One already under their belts, Newcastle Falcons return to St James' Park for the second year this March 2019 to take on northern rivals Sale Sharks. The Gallagher Premiership encounter will kick off at 5.30pm on Saturday 23 March.

A bigger and better Fan Plaza on Strawberry Place will return to get you excited for the match. Details will be confirmed in the build-up to the game but you are in for a treat as food stalls, Newcastle Falcons merchandise and a stage with live entertainment have already been confirmed.

Newcastle Falcons captain Will Welch says: “I’m a lifelong Newcastle United supporter, I’ve gone there regularly from when I was a kid and it’s great that we will have the chance to return to St James’ Park. Last season’s game there was one of the stand-out moments of my career, captaining the side in front of more than 30,000 people, and I’m sure there’ll be similar levels of excitement around this season’s fixture.”

Falcons season ticket members are once again eligible for a free ticket, with season parking passes also valid. In addition, season ticket members will be entitled to purchase extra tickets in certain areas at a discounted rate.

Season ticket members will all receive details in the post regarding this fixture.
