Meet Father Christmas at Cragside National Trust

He had a broad face and a little round belly, that shook when he laughed, like a bowl full of jelly. Get your lists ready… Father Christmas is coming back to Cragside!

Step into the warmth of Father Christmas’ cosy grotto and find twinkling lights and a crackling fire. Treasure magical moments with Father Christmas and share with him your winter wishes before receiving a special present. Elves will also be on hand to help you craft a Christmas keepsake during your visit. Afterwards, complete the winter family trail before warming up in the house where you'll discover the rooms decked in Victorian Christmas splendour.

Ticket is for a half hour activity, including time with Father Christmas and a craft making workshop. Ticket also includes a gift from Father Christmas for each child. Booking is essential, additional tickets cannot be purchased on the day, even for an existing booking. Please ensure all children in your party are accounted for in ticket price. Normal admission charges to Cragside apply for this event.

Please contact the property direct to share a secret about your child/children that only Father Christmas could know, to add to the magic of their experience. Please call 01669620333.

Event takes place near the Visitor Centre, at the Christmas Croft. Paths can be slippery, therefore we recommend sturdy footwear and sensible outdoor clothing. Ramp on entry to Croft. Building interior is wheelchair and pushchair accessible.
