Mai Tai Monday’s at Colonel Porter's

Newcastle's newest bar is getting the week off to a spirited start with the launch of a weekly Mai Tai and music night.

In September, Colonel Porter’s Tavern, Botanical Garden and Rhum Bar, at Milburn House, Dean Street, is introducing Mai Tai Mondays.

And along with the chance to try the venue’s own Whey Aye Mai Tai – a twist on the cocktail classic – customers can rock to urban, RnB and soul classics from DJ Wayne C Macdonald.

For diners, the daily specials menu, which costs £10.95 for two courses and £13.95 for three courses, will be extended until 8pm and selected cocktails will be priced at two for £10.

Mai Tai Monday's starts 24 July from 21:00 – 01:00 every Monday.

Colonel Porter’s is open from 12.01pm to 12.31am from Monday to Thursday, from 11.59am to 2.01am on Friday and Saturday and from 12.01pm to 12.01am on Sunday.
