Berkshire Choral International presents Puccini: Messe di Gloria and Gounod: St. Cecilia Mass

About

Over 150 singers from around the world come together for this performance of Puccini's Messe di Gloria and Gounod's St. Cecilia Mass, conducted by Brian Kay, (Vice President of the Association of Choral Directors, Conductor of The Leith Hill Music Festival), and accompanied by the Durham Orchestra Players.

Soloists are soprano Mary Bevan, tenor Peter Auty  and bass-baritone Ashley Riches .  For 36 years, Berkshire Choral International has provided audiences with stirring performances of the first rank. Each year, BCI brings together a remarkable array of choristers, soloists, conductors and repertoire for voices and symphony orchestra. This summer BCI brings you even more excitement and discovery with concerts in Baltimore, Maryland; Saratoga Springs, New York; Fullerton, California and Durham, England at the historic Durham Cathedral.
