About

Imagine a future society in which everything you see and hear is published publicly online. Your entire life is visible to anyone who cares to play it back. There can be no secrets. How would we come to live?
What benefits or problems arise from this? Utopia or dystopia?

This is the theme at the heart of Miles Hudson's new novel, 2089. In the book tour events, the author will outline the idea of this surveillance society and then explore the social, political and philosophical implications, along with an explanation of the development of the story from a throwaway line by Edward Snowden, through global meltdown to the book's hero blowing up the old GCHQ building.
