Awards Ceremony

The climax of the whole North East England Tourism Awards competition is the awards ceremony. This glittering evening is built entirely around celebrating the success of the finalists, who represent the best of the North East's tourism businesses. It provides finalists with a moment of well-deserved glory which can be used to market, promote and improve their businesses still further. The awards ceremony also acts as a beacon for all tourism businesses in the North East, encouraging them to raise their game and become members of this quality elite.

The 2017 North East England Tourism Awards will take place at The Boiler Shop, 20 South Street, Newcastle, NE1 3PE, on Thursday 16 November 2017.

Guests are invited to enjoy a black-tie dinner followed by the awards ceremony. As there will be a large number of awards to present on the night, only gold winners will receive their award on stage. However, there will be a separate photo session for winners of silver, bronze and highly commended awards. A special souvenir programme listing all finalists will be available on the night.

Please note, tickets for the 2017 awards evening are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We would therefore be grateful if you could register and return booking forms as soon as possible and no later than 5pm on Friday 03 November. The registration process is not only vital to sending you your invitation and joining instructions, but essential to us for catering, dietary and access needs as well as table plans etc.
