CBK’s Adventure Co.

About

Get salty at CBK’s Adventure Co.. We’re ready and waiting for your next seaside adventure. Explore the coves, caves and beaches of Whitley Bay, Cullercoats, Tynemouth and beyond. We can hire you a bike, kayak or stand up paddleboard (SUP for short), or one of each for a truly awesome day out. Need someone to show you around? We also offer lessons, tours, British Canoeing certification, kids clubs and more. Plus we’re just 9 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne, or 25 minutes by Metro, so getting here is a breeze. Ready to get salty? Let’s go!

Famed for its seven bridges spanning the steep Tyne Gorge, the Quayside of Newcastle and Gateshead is best experienced from the water. There is no jostling for position here as you quietly paddle beneath the bridges, snapping pictures and enjoying the view as you go.

Our professional river guides will show you the sights of Newcastle and Gateshead from a whole new perspective and explain some of the history behind this great northern river and city. We will also give you an extensive safety brief and help you with paddling tips and techniques.
