Lintzford Garden Centre

About

The garden centre is just to the west of the picturesque hamlet of Lintzford on the A694 and near the river Derwent.  It offers a wide selection of plants, tools, equipment and oak furniture. The centre also includes a restaurant with both outdoor and indoor seating areas with a selection of fresh hot and cold food.

Like much of the surrounding area, Lintzford, has an industrial past and was once home to a corn mill and paper mill powered by the Derwent’s waters. For those with time to explore, an 18th century stone bridge crosses the river at Lintzford leading onto a path that links to the Derwent Walk.
