Perform at Juice Festival

Zest Theatre are bringing their brand-new show What Once Was Ours to Juice Festival 2017. We are looking for people aged 14-25 and interested in theatre to work intensively with Zest’s Artistic Director Toby Ealden for 3 days to create and perform new pop-up theatre pieces at Northern Stage alongside the show.

You will spend 3 days exploring, devising and rehearsing with the Zest Theatre team to devise your own mini performances in response to the themes of What Once Was Ours; at the end of day three you will perform to public audiences at Northern Stage alongside the show.

The opportunity is ideal for emerging performing artists, drama students and anyone at a similar level looking for a little bit more experience. You can use the project on your CV and Juice Festival and Zest Theatre are happy to write a reference for you for future projects.

Within the project there is scope for participants to contribute in different ways, such as performing, writing, spoken word, physical theatre, set design/installation.

For more information download the callout, and to apply fill out the online form and return it to juice@ngi.org.uk by 15 September 2017.
For any other enquiries, please contact juice@ngi.org.uk or leave us a message on facebook.
