About Juice

Juice Festival is a festival for everyone, created with children and under-25s taking place during October half term in NewcastleGateshead. The festival showcases outstanding work created by, for and with under-25s as well as a family-friendly programme delivered by regional, national and international artists.

Juice Festival is developed and produced by NewcastleGateshead Initiative as part of its festival and events programme. It is supported by Newcastle City Council, Gateshead Council and funded by Arts Council England.

The programme is developed with Team Juice, a team of under-25s who work to commission and programme events as well as manage and deliver them. They also rely upon a team of volunteers who play an integral role in managing and supervising events.

Cultural venues and organisations in NewcastleGateshead and the North East take part in Juice Festival to produce unique events, performances and activities during October half term.
