Salad, soup, sandwiches or scones; whatever you fancy on your plate, the cafes in Newcastle and Gateshead have you covered.

For something a little more unique, tea fans can enjoy homemade cakes and brownies alongside an array of fruity, fragrant and flavoursome teas at the Quilliam Brothers Tea House.
