Celebrating the 175th Anniversary of Newcastle’s Theatre Royal, Discovery Museum will explore the fascinating histories behind five of Newcastle’s theatres including: The Tyne Theatre, Live Theatre, Northern Stage, People’s Theatre and the Theatre Royal. From their early beginnings to the present day, the exhibition will tell the tale of drama, dance, comedy and much more.
