Welcome to Murton Equestrian Centre, our aim is for you to enjoy your time with us, to learn and have fun. We have been established since 1976 and are approved with the British Horse Society and The Association of British Riding Schools. We have a variety of school horses and ponies available for adults and children. We specialise in teaching people to ride at all levels including BHSAI. Lessons can be in groups or private lessons. We also offer stable management courses, hacks and jumping lessons. Our staff are fully trained, and BHS qualified. We have both indoor and outdoor riding arenas. The minimum age for riding is 4yrs and the maximum weight for adults is 13 stone.

Tuesday – Friday 9am - 8pm
Saturday 9 am - 4pm
Sunday 9am - 4pm Closed daily 12-1pm
Monday CLOSED ALL DAY

BOOKING – To book your lesson simply phone or call in telling us of your experience and approximate height and weight. Bookings are usually made one week in advance, but we can sometimes take bookings at shorter notice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings via e-mail. Payment will be taken at the time of booking.
We offer horses and ponies for sale.
Fully stocked tack shop. Full livery, Breaking and schooling.
As well as offering riding lessons we also offer training in stable management, alternative curriculum in partnership with NTC. Pony club and birthday parties.
