2010 marks Green Ginger Shopping Arcade's 30th anniversay since it was converted from a church. You'll find seventeen speciality shops ranging from antiques, speciality goods, local art and handicrafts, designer clothing and jewellery. There's also a great cafe with homecooked food, a fab unisex hairdressers and a tattoo studio who are so good they're booked out for months. AND obviously the building itself retains many of the origional features. Like most of the businesses in Tynemouth the arcade is dog friendly.
