Fenwick Newcastle is one of the largest luxury department stores in the country. The store, founded in 1882, is spread across five floors and its wide range of contemporary products makes it the ultimate shopping destination in the city.
The First Floor is entirely devoted to women’s fashion, shoes and accessories and includes luxury labels such as MaxMara, Burberry, Vivienne Westwood and Mulberry. Situated just off the First Floor is the store’s Personal Shopping Suite. This space is designed to feel like a boutique hotel room and is a wonderful place to relax whilst being guided through the season’s latest looks by one of the store’s Fashion Consultants.
On the Ground Floor is one of the biggest beauty halls in Europe, with exclusive ranges from Chanel, Tom Ford, Giorgio Armani, MAC, Kiehl’s and Jo Malone. With resident experts and a full programme of events, demonstrations and product launches it’s also a great place to learn all about the latest beauty trends.
The Ground Floor is also home to the men’s fashion department which houses designers including Vivienne Westwood, Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Paul Smith and Hugo Boss. Adjacent to this is an extensive men’s accessories department, stocking a selection of the most fashionable bags, wallets, ties and underwear.
On the Third Floor is the widest selection of designer childrenswear in the region, including Barbour, Burberry, Paul Smith and Boss Kids. Alongside this is one of the largest toy departments in the country, with a diverse range covering all ages.
A superb, extensive choice of furniture, homewares and electricals on the Second and Lower Ground floors complete the comprehensive in store selection.
There are no fewer than 11 cafes and restaurants in which to enjoy the finest, freshly prepared food and drink, ranging from the exclusive Café 21 through to YO! Sushi and the 1950s American style Northside Diner. Alternatively visit the Food Hall on the Ground Floor for an unrivalled selection of locally sourced, artisan product to enjoy at home.
