Legend has it that this pub was bought by a Spanish Sea Captain for his mistress - however, the Crown Posada is a legend in its own right.
Possibly Newcastle’s most famous watering hole, it receives regular CAMRA awards and was named the Daily Telegraph & Abbot Ale Tyne and Wear perfect pub. Enjoy your pint whilst listening to the house gramophone.
