Kylie Minogue is coming to the Metro Radio Arena - RECORD BREAKING FOURTH SHOW THURS 24 JULY.

The announcement of a fourth and final Metro Radio Arena Kylie show on Thursday 24th July 2008 sets another Record Breaker for the Queen of Pop.

Inspired by her new album “X”, Kylie and her creative team have devised a new show that she describes herself as ‘fresh, exhilarating and innovative”.

This world renowned superstar last performed in the North East in 2002, when she set a new record as the arena’s quickest selling female solo artist of all time.

The new show will be a totally different concept to previous Minogue spectaculars, which have seen her fuse her remarkable creativity with groundbreaking technology to become one of the most respected live performers of our time.

Kylie said: “I am putting together a show that is going to be a new and exciting experience for both the audience and myself. The eclectic mix of sounds on ‘X’ is affording me an opportunity to explore and develop a new live show that will be fresh, exhilarating and innovative. After two celebratory tours, ‘X’ will be a look to the future but will definitely include favourites alongside the new. I can’t wait to share it with you next year! See you soon!”
