For laid-back cocktails and the best views of the Quayside start out at Pitcher & Piano. If you fancy a bite to eat, why not try 1OAK, a brand new restaurant with a great range of classic and modern dishes, plus quality live music from local DJ’s and bands. Collingwood Street in the heart of Newcastle is home to a range of brilliant bars and clubs to suit all tastes. One of our favourites is Revolution, housed in a luxurious bank conversion, it’s been voted Newcastle’s Best Bar None overall winner for two years running.

A taste for traditional pubs with hearty food and real ale? Try the Town Wall. With its fantastic menu, a huge choice of local beers, all served in a relaxed, Grade II listed building that was once home to the famous print maker Thomas Bewick. Or why not savour our freshest local produce in the UK’s oldest dining room at Blackfriars, with origins dating back to 1239?
