Support with transport, accommodation, itineraries, media packs, interviews and much more will be provided whereever possible for journalists, photographers and film crews visiting NewcastleGateshead, subject to:

- at least 10 working days notice if possible. (Due to high demand for hotels, restaurants, attractions and events it is helpful to have as much notice as possible.)

- provision of full contact details and credentials/mini-biography

- confirmation/evidence of a commission (An indication of when the feature is scheduled to appear helps us to secure support from the transport providers, hotels, restaurants, venues etc; in many cases subsidised arrangements are dependent upon publication or broadcast.)
