The Frost Fair is a mixture of local crafts and food stalls, showcasing the wealth of arts, crafts and traditional food we have in the region. Stalls include: ceramics, stained glass, jewellery, textiles and photography/prints. Tempting handmade chocolates and cheeses, organic meats and pâtés and mouth-watering muffins and cupcakes will entice the most discerning foodie.
Don’t miss the reindeer at Gateshead Heritage @ St Mary’s and back by popular demand Bjorn the Polar Bear. Los Kaos Theatre Company’s animated life-size polar bear puppet who tells the tale of Nordic life and the threats to their existence.
