As part of IncrEdible North East, on Saturday 2 May at 1pm, Amble fisherman Stephen Armstrong will again land his North Sea catch on the Newcastle Quayside. His fishing boat will be met by Head Chefs who will rush back to their restaurants to prepare SuperFresh FishSupper specials for their Saturday night menus. To book, call the participating restaurant of your choice. You can also buy your own fish, direct from the boat, to take home to cook yourself.
