Happy Halloween (13yrs and under)

To make Halloween really extra spooky BALTIC would like your help to carve as many pumpkins as possible over two days. No
experience needed - just dress up in your best Halloween outfit (but only if you want to) and come along and get carving creatively. Limited number of pumpkins available (although we are ordering lots!). Suitable for everyone who loves Halloween (including witches,
spiders, ghosts and ghouls).
Halloween Parade (13yrs and under)

Bring your own pumpkin (or carve one at BALTIC) and show it off to the world. Come dressed up whether you are growing up or are indeed a grown up. Prizes for best pumpkin and costume (categories include separate children and adult ones).

Animation Workshop: Make your own Monster Movie (8-12yrs)
Date: Tues 28 Oct & Sat 1 Nov 10.30am-12.30pm; 2.30pm-4.30pm

Learn the basic technique of stop-motion animation using plasticine to create monsters and ghouls. This two hour workshop will involve creating models or using ready made ones. You will work in pairs to bring your models to life by moving them bit by bit, getting them to act out a story and taking a picture after every move.
‘Build Your Own Haunted House' design workshop (8yrs+)
