Picnics at Blackfriars

Blackfriars has a choice of picnics running throughout the summer months including:

PRIESTS’ PICNIC (£70 for 2) which includes a bottle of Duval-Leroy Champagne – superbly balanced with subtle flavours of apple & quince; choice of sandwiches for 2; home-cured salmon gravadlax, dill mayonnaise; wild rocket, fennel & orange salad with orange vinaigrette; Carrols’ Heritage potato crisps; summer strawberries with sweet cream; a selection of English cheeses with oat biscuits and Blackfriars apple chutney; and decadent home-made chocolate brownies

PRIORY PICNIC (£40 for 2) which includes a bottle of chilled Cuvée Georges Dubœuf White or Red Wine; choice of sandwiches for 2; potato salad with smoked bacon; pork pie; Carrols’ Heritage potato crisps; fresh fruit salad; and decadent home-made chocolate brownies

MONKS’ PICNIC (£30 for 2) which includes two bottles of either local ale or authentic cider; freshly baked bread and butter; award-winning Doddington’s Dairy cheddar; pressed local ham; selection of pickles; Carrols’ Heritage potato crisps; and home-made black cherry muffins
