IncrEdible North East Market and Demonstration Theatre
The market willfeature our selection of the best seafood, game, fruit and veg, meat, dairy, wild food and allotment produce, grown and plucked across the North East. And when you're not browsing through the produce and street food stalls you can enjoy an inspiring and topical programme of cooking demonstrations featuring the region's best chefs from restaurants like Ravel, Malmaison and Six at BALTIC. PLUS a special appearance by Eco-chef Arthur Potts-Dawson.

IncrEdible Entertainment
With IncrEdible stories, fun workshops created by Centre for Life and NUFC's Match Fit programme, street theatre, animals from Bill Quay Farm, foraging experts on hand, allotment and composting advice, Tyne angling lessons, even a giant wormery created at BALTIC and much more, there will be plenty to see and do for everyone.

IncrEdible Planters
Under the watchful eye of Jesmond Dene Nursery, green fingered schools from across NewcastleGateshead have been decorating and growing tasty ‘IncrEdible planters'. Judging for the best school planter will take place on the Quayside at 12 noon, so feel free to come and have a nibble.

SuperFresh FishSuppers
Fish don't come fresher than this. At 1pm, Amble fisherman Stephen Armstrong will again land his North Sea catch on the Newcastle Quayside. His fishing boat will be met by Head Chefs who will rush back to their restaurants to prepare SuperFresh FishSupper specials for their Saturday night menus. To book, call the participating restaurant of your choice. You can also buy your own fish, direct from the boat, to take home to cook yourself.
