Step 3 - Submit your artwork for approval

Once you have created your artwork, please send it (as a PDF document) via email to your assigned marketing contact. Please call +44 (0) 191 243 8800 if you have any problems in forwarding your material to us or are not sure who your marketing contact is. We advise you to allow three working days for approval.

Printed copies of all marketing material produced to promote your event/festival should be forwarded to:

One North East Festivals & Events Toolkit

The One North East Festival and Events Toolkit is aimed at providing key information for festival and event organisers i.e. legal, marketing advice and templates to use for funding applications etc.

Amongst other key features event/festival organisers are able to:

  • Search by keyword & category for information pages and information sheets to download
  • Refer any information sheet page to an associate by email
  • Provide direct feedback on any information sheet
  • Print any web page as a tidy formatted document
  • Users leaving feedback are logged direct into Desti.ne for CRM.
