If the answer is yes to the above questions then follow the steps below to apply funder and partnership branding to your promotional materials:

Step 1 - Access the Guidelines document

If you are unable to access the Guidelines document, please contact us via email to ngi@ngi.org.uk or call +44 (0) 191 243 8800. Please do not use the logos without referring to the guidelines document.

Step 2 - Access the logos  

Step 3 - Submit your artwork for approval  

Once you have created your artwork, please send it (as a PDF document) via email to your assigned marketing contact. Please call +44 (0) 191 243 8800 if you have any problems in forwarding your material to us or are not sure who your marketing contact is. We advise you to allow three working days for approval.

Printed copies of all marketing material produced to promote your event/festival should be forwarded to:
